- How will I know if my order is successful?
As soon as you’re successfully done placing your order you will receive an e-mail with your invoice and order number. We will then contact you before delivery. - How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order. Please contact us for more information.
Do your items qualify for a return?
To qualify for a return, you must meet the requirements below:
• Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be in the original packaging and have original stickers still attached
• If you received a defective item, please contact us
What about exchanges? We don’t offer an exchange service. Instead please get in touch with us or return your selected item(s) and place a new order.
